摘    要:目的:探讨替硝唑(TNZ)注射液防治妇产科疾患及手术患者厌氧菌感染的作用。并与甲硝唑(MNZ)注射液进行比较。方法:静脉滴注每200ml含TNZ800mg或每200ml含MNZ1000mg,疗程妇科5d,产科3d。用药前后分别做厌氧菌分离培养,并比较两种注射液对3株标准株和107株临床分离厌氧菌的抗菌活性。结果:TNZ组和MNZ组厌氧菌转阴或明显减少者分别为91.0%和44.0%,有效率94.0%

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of tinidazole (TNZ) injection in the prevention and treatment of obstetrical and gynecological patients with anaerobic infecitons in comparison with metronidazole (MNZ) injection. Method:A dose of 800 mg/200 ml TNZ or 1 000 mg/200 ml MNZ were intravenously infused daily. The gynecological patients received the treatment for 5 days, and the obstetric patients for 3 days. The isolation and culture for anaerobes were performed before and after treatment. At the same time, antibacterial activity in vitro of TNZ against 3 reference strains and 107 anaerobes isolated from patients was examined and compared with the activity of MNZ. Results:The eradication rate or obvious reduction rate of anaerobic bacteria in TNZ group and MNZ group were 91.0% and 44.0%, respectively. The total clinical effective rate of both injections were 94.0% and 82.0%, respectively. The results showed that the clinical efficacy of TNZ against anaerobes was higher than that of MNZ (P<0.01). The both activities in vitro were confirmed also that TNZ was better than MNZ, MICs and MBCs were 0.39-50.00 mg/L and 0.78-100.00 mg/L, respectively. Conclusion:TNZ is more effective than MNZ in the prevention and treatment of anaerobic bacterial infection in female genital tract.
