彩色B超和钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌与病理对照研究

目的探讨彩色B超及钼靶X线在诊断乳腺癌方面的应用价值,为乳腺癌的诊断提供可参考依据。方法研究对象为2011年9月~2014年7月期间我院收治的疑似乳腺癌患者81例,分别采用彩色B超检查及钼靶X线检查,并将检查结果与病理结果进行对比分析。结果 1B超、钼靶X线检查诊断符合率（分别为80.00%和78.46%）与B超＋钼靶X线（93.85%）比较明显较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2B超、钼靶X线检查灵敏度、特异度、准确性与B超＋钼靶X线比较明显较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,3种检测方法的阳性预测值比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论彩色B超及钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌患者的诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度及准确性均明显低于两种检查方法联合使用,提示两种方法联合对乳腺癌患者进行检查能使诊断的准确率明显提高。

Control study on color B-mode ultrasound and mammography and pathology diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective To investigate the application value of color B-mode ultrasound and mammography in the diag- nosis of breast cancer. Methods 81 patients with suspected breast cancer were selected from Sep 2011 to Jul 2014 in our hospital, color B-mode ultrasound and mammography examination were used to all patients, and the test results were compared with pathological results. Results The diagnose accordance rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of B-mode ultrasound and mammography were lower than those of color B-mode ultrasound combined with mammography, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. The positive predictive value of the three detection methods had no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The diagnostic accordance rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color B-mode ultrasound and mammography were lower than those of combination of the two methods,it suggest that combination of the two methods can improve the accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis.
