D101型大孔树脂分离纯化连翘酯苷的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:开发一种高效实用的分离纯化连翘酯苷的技术,使分离纯化工艺达到最优化。方法:以连翘酯苷含量为指标,考察D101型大孔树脂分离纯化连翘酯苷的最佳吸附及洗脱条件。结果:D101型大孔树脂分离纯化连翘酯苷的最佳工艺为上样液浓度为含连翘生药1.2g/mL,用6BV的30%乙醇液进行洗脱,二次洗脱后,连翘酯苷的含量可达60%以上。结论:该技术能显著提高连翘酯苷的纯度,具有吸附量大,洗脱容易,经济环保等优点,适合于规模化生产。

Abstract:Objective:To study systematically the factors which affect separation and purification of forsythiaside from forsythia with D101 macroporous resin.Method:With the content of forsythiaside as parameter,the optimum condition of absorption and elution were studied in the process of separation and purification with D101 maeroporous resin.Result: D101 macroporous resin yielded the best separating efficiency when the concentration of the extracted solution was 1.2 g raw material per 1 mL and the volume of 30% ethanol(6 BV)as eluant.Conclusion :This method has a high adsorption capacity for forsythiaside and elution was easy,could increase the purity of forsythiaside and he scale-up to industrial production.
