陕西头皮针配合脊柱推拿治疗功能性消化不良34例

目的观察陕西头皮针配合脊柱推拿治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将68例患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,治疗组采用陕西头皮针配合脊柱推拿治疗,对照组采用口服伊托必利治疗,治疗两个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈率与有效率均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。且治疗组患者生活质量的改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论陕西头皮针配合脊柱推拿提高了功能性消化不良的临床疗效,改善了患者的生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Treating 34 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia with Shaanxi Scalp Acupuncture and Spinal Massage

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and quality of life in patients with functional dyspepsia treating with Shaanxi scalp acupuncture and spinal message.Methods 68 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups.34 cases in the treatment group were treated with Shaanxi scalp acupuncture and spinal message,the control group by taking topride by mouth.Two therapeutic courses later,the effect was observed and compared.Results Both the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than that of control group and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Improvements in the quality of life of the treatment were also superior to those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Treating functional dyspepsia with Shaanxi scalp acupuncture and spinal message has a good effect and can improve the quality of life.
