混合高脂饲料喂养新西兰白兔建立DHF模型的实验

目的:建立兔舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)模型。方法: 采用混合高脂饲料喂养新西兰白兔12周，并设正常饲料组进行对照观察。结果: 高脂组与空白对照组比较，高脂组有心力衰竭的症状、体征，在心率、左心室收缩期最大压力上升速率(LV+dp/dtmax)、左室收缩指数（S-1）没有差异，在左室收缩压（LVSP）、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室压力最大下降速率(LV-dp/dtmax)有显著差异（P<0.05），符合DHF动物模型。结论: 采用混合高脂饲料喂养新西兰白兔可建立DHF模型。

Establishment of diastolic heart failure model in New Zealand white rabbits by mixed high-fat diet

AIM: To establish the diastolic heart failure model in New Zealand white rabbits using a noninvasive method.METHODS: The model group established by New Zealand white rabbits fed a mixed high-fat diet for 12 weeks compared with the normal group established by New Zealand white rabbits fed a normal diet for the same time.RESULTS: Model group showed signs and symptoms of heart failure.In the model group compared with control group,no differences were shown in heart rate,left ventricular systolic maximum rate of pressure increase(LV+dp/dtmax),left ventricular systolic index(S-1) but in LVSP,contraction index,left ventricular systolic pressure rise rate,left ventricular end diastolic pressure,decreased maximum rate of left ventricular pressure(LV-dp/dtmax) were significantly different(P<0.05),in accordance with diastolic heart failure animal model.CONCLUSION: New Zealand white rabbits fed a mixed high-fat diet can create an animal model of diastolic heart failure.
