山东医学和师范院校教师烟草控制相关因素分析

目的了解山东省医学和师范院校教师吸烟知识、态度、行为及学校控烟环境等,为进一步制定并实施控烟干预措施提供依据。方法随机抽取山东省2所医学院校和2所师范院校,采用整群随机抽样方法,共抽取1 357名教师进行无记名问卷调查。结果医学院校和师范院校教师的现在吸烟率分别为16.9%和12.9%;医学院校和师范院校教师认为自己应该在控烟活动中起带头作用的报告率为85.9%和81.5%,经常当面劝阻吸烟者的报告率分别为19.6%和21.1%;分别有56.4%的医学院校教师和57.4%的师范院校教师在过去7 d中看到有人在学校的室内环境吸烟。结论应该在医学与师范院校教师中深入普及吸烟与被动吸烟危害的相关健康教育知识,制定严格的控烟规定,强化学校控烟环境。

Tobacco control of teachers in medical and normal colleges in Shandong

Objective To describe the smoking-related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among the teachers of medical and normal college in Shandong Province,and to provide evidence for interfering in smoking control among teachers in future.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1 357 teachers selected from the medical and normal colleges in Shandong Province by random sampling.Data were collected using a standardized anonymous self-administrated questionnaire.Results The current smoking rates among medical and normal college teachers were 16.9% and 12.9%.About 85.9% medical college teachers and 81.5% normal college teachers approved that they should set examples in tobacco control.The proportions of teachers who often dissuaded others from smoking in medical and normal college were 19.6% and 21.1%,respectively.About 56.4% medical college teachers reported seeing somebody smoking indoor on campus in the preceding 7 days,while 57.4% among the normal college teachers.Conclusion There is a deficiency in teachers’ tobacco health knowledge therefore there is a need to educate teachers about tobacco health knowledge.More rigorous anti-tobacco policies should be implemented to create smoking-free campus.
