摘    要:目的应用不同探测路径和频率的二维超声观察未育女性正常耻骨直肠肌。方法收集50例盆底功能正常的未育女性,经会阴(高频、低频)和经直肠(高频)超声检查耻骨直肠肌,比较不同探测路径和频率超声对耻骨直肠肌的显示情况。结果经直肠超声仅显示中段和末段耻骨直肠肌,对起始段显示不满意,超声探头可影响耻骨直肠肌自然状态下的运动;经会阴超声可显示耻骨直肠肌全长,能实时观察耻骨直肠肌自然状态下的运动。高频超声对显示耻骨直肠肌内部细微结构优于低频超声。结论经会阴二维高频超声是显示女性耻骨直肠肌形态和功能的有效影像学检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the puborectalis muscles of nulliparous females by using 2-dimensional (2D) ultrasound with different detecting approach and frequency. Methods Fifty nulliparous females with normal pelvic floor underwent transanal 2D ultrasound with high frequency probe and transperineal 2D ultrasound with high and low frequency probe. The shapes and function of puborectalis muscles were observed, and the images were compared between different detecting ways. Results Middle and end piece of the puborectalis muscles were displayed, and the initial piece was not satisfactorily displayed using transanal ultrasound. In addition, the normal movements of puborectalis muscles were impacted by ultrasonic probe at the same time. The integrity of puborectalis muscles was showed and the real-time movements of puborectalis muscles could be observed using tranperineal ultrasound. Compared with low frequency ultrasound, the internal structures of puborectalis muscles were displayed better with high frequency ultrasound. Conclusion Transperineal 2D high frequency ultrasound is effective for observing on the shapes and function of puborectalis muscles in females.
