摘    要:
PI3K/Akt信号通路作为细胞内重要信号转导通路之一,通过影响下游多种效应分子的活化状态,在细胞内发挥着抑制凋亡、促进增殖的关键作用,与人类多种肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。该信号通路的成分在人类大多数恶性肿瘤中都发生了变化,在肿瘤的增殖、存活和抵抗凋亡、血管发生以及细胞运动中发挥了重要作用。因此,通过对PI3K/Akt信号通路的研究有望寻求肿瘤药物治疗的新靶点。本文将重点就PI3K/Akt信号通路的组成及其与肿瘤发生、发展的关系予以综述。

Abstract:
PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is an important intracellular signal transduction pathway. It plays important roles in cell apoptosis and survival by affecting the activity of downstream effector molecules, and it is closely associated with the development and progression of human tumors. It has been reported that the components on PI3K/Akt signaling pathway are frequently altered in a variety of human tumors. The pathway plays an important part in their proliferation, survival and resistance to apoptosis, as well as angiogenesis and cell motility of tumor cells. This article reviewed the relationship on the composition, development and pro- gression of human tumors and aims at looking for a new target for anticancer therapy.
