基于Wagner分级的认知行为干预对糖尿病患者足部状况与自我效能的影响

目的探讨基于Wagner分级的认知行为干预对糖尿病患者足部状况及自我效能的影响。方法选取我院2018年1—12月收治的糖尿病患者50例,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于Wagner分级的认知行为干预,比较两组患者足部状况TCSS评分及自我效能水平。结果观察组神经症状、神经反射、感觉试验评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),自我效能GSES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Wagner分级的认知行为干预在糖尿病患者中的应用,能改善其足部状况,提高其自我效能,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of applying cognitive behavioral intervention based on Wagner classification for foot conditions and self-efficacy in patients with diabetes

Objective To investigate the effects of applying cognitive behavioral intervention based on Wagner classification for foot conditions and self-efficacy in patients with diabetes.Methods To select 50 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2018.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with cognitive behavioral intervention based on Wagner classification.The patients of two groups were compared with Toronto clinical scoring system of foot conditions and self-efficacy level.Results The neurological symptoms,nerve reflexes,sensory test scores and total scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the self-efficacy GSES score was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral intervention based on Wagner classification in patients with diabetes could improve their foot condition and self-efficacy,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
