摘    要:目的:优选山豆根有效部位的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以总生物碱含量为指标,选取乙醇体积分数、加醇量、提取时间及提取次数为考察因素,优选山豆根中总生物碱的提取工艺;以总多糖含量为指标,选取加水倍量、提取时间及提取次数为考察因素,优选山豆根中总多糖的提取工艺。结果:总生物碱最佳提取工艺为加6倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h;总多糖最佳提取工艺为加6倍量水提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺操作简单、稳定可行,适合于产业化生产,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of effective parts from Sophora tonkinensis. Method: Taking the content of total alkaloids as index, with extraction time, extraction times, ethanol concentration and amount as factors, extraction technology of total alkaloids from S.tonkinensis was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test;With the content of total polysaccharides as index, taking the amount of water, extraction time and times as factors, extraction technology of total polysaccharides was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimal extraction technology of total alkaloids was as following:extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol, 1 h per time;Optimum extraction technology of total polysaccharides was as following:extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of water, 1.0 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible, it was suitable for industrial production with a good prospect.
