念珠菌对激光的敏感性试验

摘    要:目的:研究激光对念珠菌的杀菌效果。方法:应用457.9nm、632.8nm激光及CO2激光辐照经不同方式处理的念珠菌。结果:457.9nm及632.8nm激光对念珠菌均有一定的杀伤效应,457.9nm70mW激光作用40min致死率最高为62.9%。在光斑直径5mm输出功率3W条件下,CO2激光对念珠菌及蜗牛酶消化后的念珠菌杀菌的最小时间为20s及10s。结论:CO2激光杀菌彻底,效果显著好于457.9nm及632.8nm激光。

Abstract:Aim:To detect the sensitivity of candida to lasers.Methods:457.9 nm and 632.8 nm wavelength lasers and CO 2 laser were used to irradiate cultured candida.Results:457.9 nm and 632.8 nm wavelength lasers had a certain lethal effects on candida,and the highest lethal rate was 62.9%. With the light spot diameter of 5 mm and an outpower of 3 W, the minimal sterilization time of CO 2 laser for candida and candida digested by snail enzyme was 20 s and 10 s respectively.Conclusion:The lethal effect of CO 2 laser is better than 457.9 nm and 632.8 nm wavelength lasers.Digestion of snail enzyme can increase the sensitivity of candida to CO 2 laser.
