肠系膜静脉血栓形成诊治体会

[背景 ]探讨肠系膜静脉血栓形成的早期诊断与如何提高疗效 .[病例报告 ]对 14例肠系膜静脉血栓形成的临床特点、治疗效果进行分析比较 .2例术前确定诊断 ,12例误诊 ;治愈 9例 ,死亡 5例 .[讨论 ]B型超声波和CT检查有助于肠系膜静脉血栓形成的早期诊断 ,但大多数病例仍在剖腹探查时方可确定诊断 .早期切除坏死肠管 ,包括相应的肠系膜 ,术中、术后行抗凝治疗是预防复发、提高疗效的关键 .

Experience of diagnosis and therapy for mesenteric venous thrombosis

BACKGROUND*!To study early diagnosis and improvement of curative effect for the mesenteric venous thrombosis.*!CASE REPORT*!Clinical characteristics and curative effects of 14 cases of mesenteric venous thrombosis were analyzed and compared .Two cases were done the confirmed diagnosis and 12 cases were misdiagnosed preoperatively, and 9 cases were cured and 5 cases died.*!DISCUSSION*!This disease should be early treated by operation as it be confirmed. It will be help to early diagnosis with B ultrasound and computed tomography, but most of cases were only confirmed by laparotomy actively. Early resection of necrotic bowel including the relative mesenteric and anticoagulant treatment in operation and post operation are the key in prevention of the recurrence and improvement of curative effects.
