等级医院评审工作,对全面提升医院管理水平,增强医院综合实力,促进医院发展,更好地为病人服务十分重要。在迎接评审的工作中,护理部认真探索相关组织工作的有效性,充分调动广大护理人员的积极性,整合迎接等级医院评审的工作任务,结合二级医院特点合理分工,分为质量控制组、培训组、资料组,各组认真履行职责,实行专项、专组、专人以及查、改、建一体化运行,从而达到"以评促改、以评促建"的目的。

The methods and experience of orgnization and administration in the preparation of grade hospital accreditation of nursing department in the 2 level general hospital

Hospital accreditation is very important to enhance the comprehensive strength,to promote the development of the hospital, and to seine better for the patients. During this time, nursing department dedicated to seriously explore the effectiveness of the organization work. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the nurse staff,we formulated of the preferential policy to meet the assessment tasks. According to the second -class hospital characteristics,we divided into quality control group, training group, data group and built up a responsible system. Special project, group and staff, and chect,change, build intergration was implemented. We hope to receive a certain effect based on the principle of comhining assessment and promotion.
