| 摘 要： | 护理人员在与老年患者沟通过的程中,针对老年患者的心理特点,采取有效的护患沟通技巧,将有利于疏导老年患者的悲观、紧张情绪,增强老年患者战胜和减轻疾病的信心,有利于构建和谐的护患、医患关系,在这方面我们做了有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | Nurses should take effective nurse-patient communication skills in communication with elderly patients,in view of their psychological characteristics,which will help to ease their pessimism and nervousness,heighten their confidence to overcome disease and relieve illness,and build a harmonious nurse-patient and doctor-patient relationship.In such regard,the authors have made a good attempt. |
