| 摘 要： | 目的调查沧州市社区护士脑卒中知识水平现状。方法采用自行设计问卷,对沧州市43所社区卫生服务机构的137名社区护士进行调查。结果社区护士脑卒中知识总分为(20.42±2.16)分,正确率为40.84%,不同年龄、学历、职称及专业年限、社区服务机构级别社区护士知识得分无差异(P>0.05);83.94%护士的脑卒中知识来源于阅读专业书籍。结论社区护士脑卒中知识水平有待进一步提高,应采取多种形式开展脑卒中知识的培训,提高社区卒中护理工作的水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the stroke knowledge level of community nurses in Cangzhou city. Methods A total of 137 nurses in 43 community health service centers were recruited and a self - designed questionnaire was employed. Results The mean score of knowledge was （ 20.42 ± 2.16 ）. The correct rate was 40.84%. The differences about stroke knowledge among nurses with different age, educational levels,professional titles,work experience and community service agency level were not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The stroke knowledge of 83.94% nurses was mainly from professional books. Conclusion The stroke knowledge of community nurses should be improved further. Various forms of stroke knowledge training should be taken to enhance community nursing work about stroke. |
