高职高专护生职业成熟度现状调查

目的调查高职高专护生职业成熟度现状。方法抽取不同年级328名高职高专护生，并采用护生职业成熟度问卷对其进行调查。结果高职高专护生整体职业成熟度处于中等水平，不同年级护生在职业成熟度问卷7个维度上差异均有统计学意义，不同性别护生在职业认同、职业挫折应对、职业价值3个维度差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论护理教育者应加强护生职业指导工作，重视男护生职业认同、职业价值观的培养及不同年级间护生职业指导工作的管理模式。

Investigation of career maturity of nursing students in high vocational schools

Objective To investigate the status of career maturity of nursing students in high vocational schools. Method A total of 328 nursing students with different grades were investigated with Career Maturity Questionnaire of Nursing Students. Results The career maturity of high vocational school students was at medium level There were statistical differences among students with different grades in the seven dimensions. There were statistical differences in the di- mensions of career identity, professional frustration coping and professional value between male and female students （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing educators should strengthen the vocational guidance work, and pay more attention to the training of career identity and professional value of male nursing students. And we also should adjust the management mode of career guidance work in different grades.
