Abstract: | The administration of relatively large amounts of vitamin A to hypervitaminotic D rats decreases the toxicity of this condition as evidenced by increased longevity, better weight gain, decreased soft tissue calcification and by considerable improvement in the histologic appearance of osseous structures. |
