ICU患者强化胰岛素治疗的监测与护理

目的 探讨对ICU患者伴有应激性血糖升高者实施强化胰岛素治疗和动态血糖监测方案的实践效果.方法 采用回顾性研究的方法,将ICU患者伴有应激性血糖升高者分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受强化胰岛素治疗,对照组采用常规胰岛素治疗,比较2组院内感染及低血糖发生率的不同.结果 观察组院内感染及低血糖发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 重症监护患者实施强化胰岛素治疗能降低院内感染发生率.动态监测血糖有效避免了低血糖的发生.

Blood glucose monitoring and nursing of intensive care patients with intensive insulin therapy

Objective To investigate the stress of ICU patients with hyperglycemia and to implement intensive insulin therapy and glucose monitoring program of practice effect.Methods A retrospective study of the method,ICU patients with stress hyperglycemia were divided into two groups and the control group to observe the group receiving intensive insulin therapy in the control group with conventional insulin therapy,compared two groups of nosocomial infections and low the incidence of different blood glucose.Results The group of nosocomial infection incidence rate and low blood glucose than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Intensive care patient with intensive insulin therapy can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.Dynamic monitoring of blood glucose effectively prevent the occurrence of low blood glucose.
