| 摘 要： | 目的 评价CT肿瘤血管成像对周围型肺癌的定性诊断价值.方法 对74例肺部孤立性结节(肿块)患者进行MSCT多期动态增强扫描,采用多平面后处理技术,以病灶肿瘤血管显示为恶性的直接证据,统计分析求得肿瘤血管征对肺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确度.结果 74例患者中有53例诊断为肺癌,其中CT表现明确有肿瘤血管征者23例,显示率为43.40%,统计显示肿瘤血管成像的敏感性为43.40%,特异性100%,阳性预测值100%,阴性预测值41.18%,准确率100%.结论 肿瘤血管征可作为诊断周围型肺癌的直接证据.
