| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血液灌流（HP）联合血液透析（HD）抢救重度中毒的疗效。方法：选择我院急诊科2004年1月2008年1月抢救的60例重度中毒患者,其中32例常规治疗,28例在常规治疗的基础上予血液灌流联合血液透析,观察两组之间治疗效果。结果：在病人生存率、清醒时间上,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：血液灌流联合血液透析技术抢救重度中毒患者疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the curative effect of the hemoperfusion,assisted by hemodialysis in rescuing the severe poisoning patients.Methods： There were 60 cases who were severe poison in emergency department from January 2004 to January 2008.Among them,32 were given conventional therapy,28 were treated by hemoperfusion,hemodialysis and conventional therapy,to survey the curative between the two groups.Result： To compare the two groups,it is significant difference in survival rate and time of conscious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of hemoperfusion with hemodialysis in rescuing the severe poisoning patients is affirmative. |
