实验性帕金森病黑质及纹状体DA及P物质含量变化及其意义

摘    要:目的:探讨帕金森病大鼠纹状体和黑质多巴胺,P物质的变化及其意义。方法:雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为三组:(1)6-OHDA纹状体注射组,(2)单纯0.02%抗坏血酸注射组,仅注入含0.02%抗坏血 的生理盐水10ul,(3)正常大鼠对照组,不作任何处理,选择成功模型大鼠,利用荧光及放射免疫法检测黑质和纹状体多巴胺及SP的含量,结果:PD大鼠毁损侧DA和SP含量明显下降(P<0.001),而对侧两者均正常,结论:PD大鼠黑质及纹状体DA和SP水平的改变是一致的,并且SP的减少促进了DA的进一步减少,SP参与了PD的病理生理过程。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of SP and DA and its signifficance in Parkinson's disease(PD)of rat model.Method In the experiment,50 male SD rats were used.They were randomly divided into three groups:(1)PD model group,PD model induced by unilateral adimintration of 6-OHDA into the striatum,(2) 0.02% ascorbic acid group,Received an injection of the 0.02% ascorbic acid into the right striatum under the same codition.(3)The normal control group.After the model was founded,and the concentrations of DA SP were measured.Result As compared with the normal control group the concentration of SP and DA in the substantia nigro was reduce significantly(P<0.01),and so did that of the SP in the striatum of the PD rats(P<0.01).but no changed in the conunilateral.Conclusion SP may participate in pathologicl procedure of PD.To increase SP contents may be beneficial in the treatment of PD.
