原发性急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的手术

目的探讨原发性急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的手术方法。方法35例（46只眼）采用超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障，术后随访6个月以上。结果所有病例术后视力都有不同程度提高。术后视力达0．06者1只眼（2．17％），0．2～0．3者4只眼（8．69％），0．4～0．8者32只眼（69．57％），≥1．0者9只眼（19．57％）。随访观察期内所有术眼眼压均控制在10～19mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）之间。无严重并发症的发生。结论超声乳化吸出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术治疗急性原发性闭角青光眼合并白内障效果良好。

The surgery for primary acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract

Objective To investigate the surgery in the management of the primary acute angle-clo sure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 46 eyes of 35 patients of primary acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract were enrolled in the study. The phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens （[OL） implanta- tion was performed in all cases. Follow-up was above 6 months. Results Visual acuities of all patients had been differently improved. The best corrected visual acuities were at 0.06 in 1 eye （2.17%） ,0.2 -0.3 in 4 eyes （8.69%） ,0.4 - 0. 8 in 32 eyes （69.57%）, ≥1.0 in 9 eyes （ 19.57% ）. Postoperative intraocular pressure of all eyes were 10 - 19 mm Hg. No serious complication happened. Conclusion The surgery of cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation for acute primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract is effective and convenient which is suitable for promotion in basic-level hospitals.
