| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑损伤后行视野检查，对早期发现视交叉损伤的重要性。方法对4例颅脑外伤后患者进行视野检查。结果4例患者视野检查均发现有双颞侧视野不全缺损。结论本组4例颅脑外伤后主诉并未诉视野有何异常，但视野检查发现有双颞侧视野不全缺损，诊断外伤性视交叉损伤无疑。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of visual field examination in brain injury for early detection of the traumatic neuropathy of optic chiasm. Methods Visual field examination had been performed in 4 cases with brain injury. Results All cases had incomplete bitemporal hemianopia. Conclusion Visual field examination is important for early detection of the traumatic neuropathy of optic chiasm even the patients had no complaint of visual field defect. |
