鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经挫伤的研究

目的：观察鼠神经生长因子对视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法：随机将视神经挫伤患者40例（42眼）分为两组,治疗组20例（21眼）,对照组20例（21眼）。治疗组主要采用鼠神经生长因子30μg,用2.0mL0.9%氯化钠溶液或注射用水溶解,肌肉注射,1次/d,平均治疗21d,同时给予改善微循环及激素类药物治疗。对照组除不加用鼠神经生长因子外,其他用药同治疗组。结果：主要疗效观察指标为视力、VEP,治疗组总有效率为80.95%,对照组为52.38%,两组比较有显著性差异（χ2=3.875,P〈0.05）。结论：鼠神经生长因子对视神经挫伤的治疗具有肯定疗效,安全性高,值得推广。

Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Treatment of Clinical Efficacy of Optic Nerve Contusion

Objective：To observe the mouse nerve growth factor（NGF）on the clinical efficacy of optic nerve contusion. Methods：Randomly 40 patients with optic nerve contusion （42 eyes） were divided into two groups,treatment group,20 patients （21 eyes）,control group 20 patients （21 eyes）. Treatment group mainly used the mouse nerve growth factor 30μg,with 2 mL physiological sodium chloride solution or dissolved in water for injection,intramuscular injection once daily,with an average treatment of 21 days,while for the improvement of circulation and hormone medication. In addition to the control group without using mouse nerve growth factor,other drugs with the treatment group. Results：The primary efficacy outcome was visual acuity,VEP,the treatment group,the total effective rate was 80. 95% ,52. 38% in control group,two groups had significant difference （ χ2 = 3. 875,P 0. 05）. Conclusions：Mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of optic nerve contusion with a positive effect,high safety,worthy of promo-tion.
