| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在大肠癌发生发展中的作用.方法:应用免疫组化MaxVisiOil法检测VEGF-C在大肠癌、大肠腺瘤及正常大肠粘膜中的表达情况.结果:在大肠正常粘膜、腺瘤及大肠癌中VEGF-C的表达逐渐上升,三者比较差异显著(P<0.05);且大肠癌中VEGF-C的阳性表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和Duke's分期有关(P<0/05).结论:VEGF-C在大肠癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,可作为评估大肠癌预后的因子. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) in development of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:MaxVision immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expressions of VEGF-C in colorectal carcinoma, adenoma and normal large intestinal mucosa.Results: From normal large intestinal mucosa, adenoma to colorectal carcinoma, the VEGF-C expression increased gradually and there had obvious differences between them (P<0.05).
