螺旋CT检查与胸部X线检查对周围型小肺癌的对比研究

目的:探究螺旋CT与X线检查在诊断周围型小肺癌中的应用价值,比较其效果,为临床实践中适宜检查手段的选择提供重要依据.方法:选择2008年1月至2011年6月期间就诊于我院并经CT及X线检查的32位周围型小肺癌患者的临床资料,对其CT及X线检查结果进行对比分析.结果:CT检查中所得的肿瘤分叶征、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征、血管集束征及毛刺征的检出率均明显高于X线检查,两种检查方法之间差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:X线检查时一种常用的检查手段,但是由于其分辨率及受组织密度影响较大等因素的影响,易造成误诊或漏诊,诊断阳性率不及螺旋CT,CT在周围型小肺癌的检查中具有更高的应用价值.

Peripheral Small Lung Cancer Comparative Study of Spiral CT and Chest X-ray Examination

Objective:To investigate the spiral CT and X-ray examination in the diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer in the value,compare their results to clinical practice,the choice of appropriate inspection methods provide an important basis.Methods:From January 2008 to June 2011 in our hospital during the treatment and by CT and X-ray examination of 32 patients with small peripheral lung cancer clinical data,CT and X-ray examination of their results were compared.Results:CT examination of the tumor from lobulation,pleural indentation,vacuole sign,sign and burr vascular symptoms of cluster detection was significantly higher than the X-ray examination,the difference between the two methods was statistically significant significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:X-ray examination when a commonly used screening tool,but because of its resolution and tissue density influenced by other factors,could easily lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,diagnostic yield is less than spiral CT,CT of small peripheral lung cancer in check the application has a higher value.
