718例妇科检查者盆底脱垂患病状况分析

目的调查普通妇科门诊阴道脱垂发生情况，为盆腔生殖健康指导提供依据。方法普通妇科门诊(除外孕妇、产后6周复查者、急腹症及恶性肿瘤患者)问诊时采集患者年龄、体重、身高、既往史、手术史、孕产史、绝经史等资料，常规妇科检查时对阴道脱垂进行测量和分度，脱垂程度与调查因素行卡方分析确定相关性。结果进入研究的718例患者中，就诊原因依次为生殖器官炎症、疼痛、月经紊乱、不孕、计划生育、肿瘤、生殖器官脱垂和咨询。阴道脱垂患病率为25．9％，但以脱垂为就诊原因的仅4．9％。阴道脱垂的患病率随年龄增大呈增高趋势，且与阴道分娩、高体重指数、绝经等因素有关。结论普通妇科门诊中阴道脱垂是一种常见疾患，但尚未引起重视。

Pelvic floor prolapse condotion of 718 cases grneologically examined

Objective The aim is to investigate the prevalence of vaginal prolapse of ordinarily gynecology out-patient clinic(OPD),then to provide instruction for women reproduction health.Methods The patients who came to a doctor's consulting room were selected,except pregnant women,women to be reexamined after six weeks of postpartum and women with acute abdomen or malignant tumor.The data including patients' age,body weight and height,medical histories about past illness,past operation,pregnancy and delivery histories and menopause.The degree of vaginal prolapse was measured during gynecologic examination.Chi-square analysis was used to assess the correlation between vaginal prolapse and risk factors.Results Seven hundred and eighteen patients entered the study.The causes of seeking medical advice were inflammation and pain of reproductive organ,disorder of menstruation,infertility,birth control,tumor,prolapse of reproductive organ and consultation.The prevalence of vaginal prolapse was 25.8%,but only 4.9%(35 cases)went to see doctors.The prevalence of vaginal prolapse increased with age and had positive correlation with vaginal delivery,high body mass index(BMI)and menopause.Conclusion Vaginal prolapse is a common disease of gynecology,but it hasn't got high recognition.
