串珠镰刀菌素致软骨细胞损伤及硒保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:
本实验以串珠镰刀菌素MON和硒Se共同作用于体外培养的软骨细胞,观察其对软骨细胞及其质代谢的影响,结果显示:加MON0.4,0.7,1.0MG/l组,随着毒素浓度的增加,软骨细胞损伤加重,DNA合成和细胞分裂分裂增殖能力减低,细胞膜流动性逐渐降低,基质中葡萄糖醛酸含量逐渐减少,加Se0.5mg/L后以上影响有所减弱,但不能阻止损伤的发生,光学显微镜下观察各组细胞变化不大,电镜下毒素组细胞损伤伤明显,与对照组有显差别。

Abstract:
The present study aims to observe the effect of moniliformin toxicity and selenium supplement on the cultured chondrocytes in vitro. The results showed that moniliformin had a significant effect to damage the cultured chondrocytes. It can decrease the DNA synthesis and the cell division and proliferation,as well as cut down membrane flurioty. It was also reduced the contents of GlcUA in tea intercellular matrix. It can lead to abnormal alternation on ultrastructure and morphologic structure. Selenium supplement had a slight influence.
