腰椎间盘膨出节段数字模型及三维可视化

摘    要:背景:从生物力学入手研究腰椎间盘膨出意义重大。目的:探讨构建腰椎间盘膨出节段数字模型及三维可视化研究方法。方法:基于L3~4的16排螺旋CT连续断层114层二维图像,Mimics软件分别对腰椎骨性结构及各种软组织进行重建,并导入有限元分析软件进行模型验证。结果与结论:建立了L3~4间盘膨出节段三维数字模型,包括两个椎体、终板、纤维环、髓核及6种韧带,数字模型外形逼真,实体感强,可进行三维测量、复位、手术模拟以及输出用作CAD(计算机辅助设计),RP(快速成型)及FEA(有限元分析)研究。说明薄层CT,Mimics软件阈值分割、区域增长使数字模型的建立更为精确、快捷,数字模型可被输出用于进一步研究。
