摘    要:先天性尿道畸形如尿道下裂及外伤、感染等造成的尿道狭窄常需要进行尿道重建。组织工程的兴起为尿道的修复与重建带来了新的希望。近年来,应用组织工程技术修复尿道在实验和临床研究以及支架材料的研究中均取得较大进展。就这些新进展作一综述。

Abstract:Urethral reconstruction is required in congenital abnormalities such as hypospadia and urethral stricture caused by trauma or infection. The development of tissue engineering has brought new hope to the field of urethral reconstruction. Much progress has been made in the experimental and clinical research of using tissue engineering for urethral reconstruction as well as the research of the scaffold materials. This review focuses on the recent progress in this field.
