| 摘 要： | 目的探讨海洋抗肿瘤活性物质——海生素注射液的特殊毒理作用,评价该物质的安全性能。方法应用Ames实验、小鼠微核实验和精原细胞染色体畸变实验观察海生素注射液的致突变作用,用受孕小鼠观察海生素注射液的致畸胎作用。结果海生素注射液在5000μg/皿浓度下未见回复突变作用;在3.5mg/kg剂量下未诱发小鼠微核率增高;在3.5mg/kg浓度下不出现细胞染色体畸变率升高;在3.5mg/kg剂量下不存在胚胎毒性和致畸毒性。结论海生素注射液无特殊毒理作用,临床应用安全。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the special toxicological effects of Haishengsu injection, a kind of marine antitumor drug and to evaluate its safety in clinical usage. Methods The mutagenic actions of Haishengsu injection were observed by using Ames test, micronucleus test in mice and chromosomal aberration test in spermatogenous cells, respectively.The abnormal embryo effects were also tested in pregnant mice. Results Haishengsu injection had no reversal mutation effects and embryotoxicity with low micronuclear rates in mice at the dosage of 3.5 mg/kg. Conclusion Halshengsu injection has no special toxicological effects and thus is safe in the clinical usage. |
