| 摘 要： | 目的探讨苦参素对人食管癌Eca-109细胞增殖抑制作用及机制研究。方法运用MTT和流式细胞术分别检测细胞增殖率和细胞周期变化。结果苦参素对Eca-109细胞持续作用48h后,细胞增殖率由100%降为9.64%（P〈0.001）;细胞周期结果显示,G0/G1期细胞明显增多,S期细胞明显减少,与阴性对照组和阳性对照组比较,差异具有显著性（p〈0.05）。结论苦参素对人食管癌Eca-109细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,其作用机制与细胞周期阻滞于G0/G1期有关。

| Abstract: | Objects：To investigate oxymatrine affecting Eca-109 cell activity.Methods：The relation between the dose and cell viability was determined by the linear correlation regression.The growth curve and doubling time were evaluated by growth curve.Result：：In the range of 0.25mg/ml～4mg/ml, the cells inhibition rate was 24%～98% with the effect of oxmatrine for 24h（P〈0.001）.The linear regression equation of the dose-dependent manner was：Y=8.313-10.469X,r=-0.971.The doubling time 212h were 9.2 times that of the negative control group.Conclusion：The effect of growth inhibition of oxmatrine on human carcinoma cell line MGC-803 in vitro is significant and exhibits time and dose-dependent manner. |
