前列地尔注射液联合通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的观察前列地尔注射液联合通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）的临床疗效。方法将118例UAP患者，完全随机方法分为2组，各59例。对照组给予基础抗心绞痛药物治疗，观察组在基础治疗上静脉注射前列地尔注射液并口服通心络胶囊。治疗14d后，对比分析2组临床疗效及血流动力学变化。结果2组患者血流动力学各项指标较治疗前均有明显改善，观察组患者改善较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率为89．9％（53／59），对照组为71．2％（42／59），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在抗心绞痛药物治疗的基础上加用前列地尔注射液及通心络胶囊治疗UAP能明显提高临床疗效，改善患者的血流动力学，减少危险事件的发生。

Clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule treating unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule treating unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods Totally 59 patients of UAP were in the observation group which had alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule plus the basic therapy and 59 patients were the control group which were given anti-angina drugs. The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic between the two groups were compared. Results The hemodynamic indicators were all enhanced, furthermore the observation group changed more than the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.9% （53/59） , which was higher than that of the control group 171.2% （42/59） ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Anti-angina medication plus alprostadil injection and Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the patient＇s hemodynamic and reduce the occurrence of hazardous events.
