| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药制剂金龙解郁胶囊对失眠症的疗效和不良反应。方法对临床诊断为失眠症的120例患者给予金龙解郁胶囊口服，4～6粒／晚，对治疗前和治疗2、4周末患者的睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）进行评估，观察疗效和不良反应。结果患者治疗前SRSS为（424-5）分，治疗2周末为（28±4）分，4周末为（14±3）分，治疗2、4周末与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（t=34．696，t=59．501，均P〈0．01）。治疗结束后患者均未出现任何不良反应。结论金龙解郁胶囊治疗失眠症疗效明显，起效快，不良反应少，患者眼药依从一件捍，

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine dragon stagnation capsule treating insomnia. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of insomnia were given oral Dragon stagnation capsule. Self-rating scales （SRSS） , sleep station before treatment, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, the efficacy and side effects were observated. Results Dragon stagnation capsule significantly improved insomnia 2 weeks after treatment. At the end of the treatment, the patients did have any adverse reactions. Conclusions Dragon stagnation capsule is effective and safe for treatment of insomnia and patients have good medication compliance. |
