| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法测定了坤顺助孕丹胶囊中阿魏酸的含量，用ＡＬＬＴＩＭＡ Ｃ１８柱，以甲醇－乙腈－１％冰醋酸水溶液（１：１．５）为流动相，流速０．８ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长３１３ｎｍ，进行测定。方法简便，其它组分对测定无干扰，重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | The determination of ferulic acid in Kunshunzhuyundan Capsules has been carried out with HPLC on ALLTIMA C,, column,using methanol -acetonitrile- 1 % glacial acetic acid acid aqueous solution(1:1:5) as mobile phase at 0. 8ml/min flow-rate,detection wavelength at 313nm.This simple method. is available for quality control of this preparation due to without the interference of other compositions and with a good reproducibility |
