| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童腺样体肥大的数字化X线影像学表现及其临床应用价值。材料与方法：收集122例具有腺样体肥大症状的儿童鼻咽部侧位DR影像片；同时收集55例正常儿童的鼻咽侧位DR影像片作为对照组。主要测量鼻咽顶部腺样体的厚度（A）和鼻咽腔的宽度（n），以两者比率（A／n）来判断腺样体的大小。结果：122例病例组A／n平均值为68．3％，而对照组A／n平均值为36．4％，应用统计学方法处理得出P〈0．01，二者之间有显著差异。结论：应用数字化X线机对儿童腺样体肥大进行检查，能清晰显示病变情况，并可以进行测量分度，为临床治疗提供较为准确的依据。 |
