目的 分析、探讨胆石症合并肝硬变外科处理的危险性及经验。方法 结合文献回顾性分析总结胆石症合并肝硬变外科处理的病案。结果 治愈37例，治愈率94．8％，好转1例（2．6％），死亡1例（2．6％）。发生并发症11例（28．2％），依次为胆囊床出血、腹水、切口感染、切口裂开、败血症。结论 要充分认识胆石症合并肝硬变手术的危险性以及采取相应的措施，才能提高治愈率，减少并发症和降低病死率。

The analysis of surgical management of 39 patients with cholelithiasis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis.

Objective To evaluate and investigate the danger of the surgical management of the cholelithaisis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis and analyze the experiences about these cases.Methods By consulting relative articles,these cases with cholelithiasis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis which were treated by surgical mangement were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results 37 cases were cured,curative rate was 94^8%;one case(2^6%)improved;one case(2^6%)died;11 cases(28^2%)had postoperative complications,which in turn were gallbladder bed bleeding,new ascites,infection in incisions,split of incisions respectively.Conclusion To improve the curative rate and reduce the complication and the mortality,the danger must be understood and then the relative measures must be taken in the surgical management of the cholelithiasis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis patients.
