血小板生成素水平和血小板减少对肝病患者的临床意义

目的 探讨血清血小板生成素（TPO）水平与肝细胞功能和外周血小板数的相关性。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对住院的106例病毒性肝炎患者进行了血清TPO水平的检测。根据有无血小板减少分成：A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I组。结果 A组与B组、C组与D组、E组与F组、G组与H组比较，P〈0．05～0．01；；A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H各组分别与I组比较，P〈0．01～0．05。结论 肝功能衰竭患者血小板减少与受损肝脏合成TPO减少有关，提示血清TPO含量的检测对于肝硬化、慢性重性肝炎血小板减少的病因诊断、治疗、判断肝脏损害程度和估计预后有重要意义。

The blood platelet turns into the plain level and blood platelet and reduces patient's relevant meaning of liver diseases

Objective To probe into the serum blood platelet and turn into the plain(TPO) dependence that the blood platelet of level, liver cell function and periphery counts in purpose. Methods Among 106 cases of virus hepatitis patients in hsopital measuring, serum TPO level was carried on with ELISA. According to having blood platelet to reduce and divide into: A, B,C,D,E,F, G.H, group I. Results Between group A and group B,group C and group D,group E and group F,group G and group H,serum TPO level had significant differences(P<0.05-0.01) ;Between each of A,B,C,D,E,F,G and H groups compare with group I,it had significant differences(P< 0.01-0.05). Conclusions It relates to the fact that the damaged liver formates TPO to reduce that the depleted patient's blood platelet of liver function of conclusion reduces,the measuring which points out the serum TPO content is to the cirrhosis,chronic and getting serious hepatitis cause of disease that blood platelet reduce diagnose.treat, judge the extent of damage of liver and estimate there are important meanings in the prognosis.
