| 摘 要： | 目的:建立盐酸哌甲酯片含量均匀度的测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定盐酸哌甲酯片的含量均匀度。结果:用此方法可准确、简便、灵敏地测定盐酸哌甲酯片的含量均匀度。结论:该检测方法的建立弥补了《中国药典》2000年版对该片剂检测项目的缺项。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop a new method for determining content uniformity in methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets. Methods: The content uniformity in methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets was determined by HPLC. Results: The method for determining the content uniformity in methyphenidate hydrochloride tablets is simple,sensitive and accurate.Conclusion:This method successfully fills the gap of testing subject of methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2000 Fdition |
