| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论DSA检查及介入治疗对消化道出血的临床价值。方法 对 44例患者先行腹腔动脉 ,肠系膜上、下动脉DSA检查。根据DSA表现 ,采用灌注垂体后叶素或用明胶海绵粉和弹簧栓子栓塞治疗。结果 44例中 ,32例血管有异常表现 ,1 9例见造影剂外溢并行垂体后叶素灌注 ,7例用明胶海绵粉栓塞 ,2例胰腺癌术后小肠出血、4例胆道出血用弹簧栓子栓塞出血停止。结论 诊断不明确或保守治疗无效的消化道出血患者DSA检查及介入治疗有着重要的临床价值 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value of DSA and intervention therepy in gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods DSA of celiac,superior mesenteric and inferior mesenteric arterise were performed first according to the angiograms.Vasopressin infusion and embolization with Gelfoam or coils were used.Results Thirty two patiens in 44 had abnormal blood vessel angiograms.Among 32 cases,19 of them revealed contrast meida evacuation and perfusion with vasopressin was done 7 of them were embolized with Gelfoam,2 after operated of pancrea cancer and 4 cases caused by choleic ductus were embolized with coils.Conclusion It is important that DSA and intervention therapy for the patiens who the diagnosis was uncertain or uneffectively treated by drugs. |
