铸造金属多根桩全冠修复磨牙牙冠大面积缺损的临床效果

目的观察临床使用铸造金属多根桩全冠修复磨牙牙冠大面积缺损的效果。方法对牙体组织健康,牙根形态正常,根管充填完善,牙冠广泛缺损或全缺损的磨牙,按牙冠缺损的程度,用金刚砂车针预备根管,制作塑料根桩,预备核外型,取模,包埋,铸造桩核,制作全冠。结果治疗186例患者,共243颗牙,通过1~5年的临床随访,237颗牙修复体完好,咀嚼功能良好,治愈率97.5%。结论用铸造金属多根桩全冠修复磨牙牙冠大面积缺损或全缺损,有利于恢复患者咀嚼功能。

Clinical Observation on Restoration of Large Area Defects of Distomolars with Cast Multi-Post-Core Combined with Baked Porcelain Veneer Crown or Full Metal Crown

Objective To investigate the effect of restoratin of large defects or complete defects with multi-post-core baked porcelain veneer crown or full metal crown . Methods Distomolars with extensive defects or abrasion were chosen for our experiment. Meanwhile , all the teeth with healthy periodontical tissue and normal shape of tooth roots were endodontically treated .Plastic post cores were made according to the length and diameter of the teeth . Finally , the defective teeth were restored with full crowns. Results We treated 243 teeth for 186 patients , 67 abutment teeth with fixed restorations and 33 removable ones . After 1 to 5 years follow up , 237 restoratives did well on mastication , and the cure rate was 97.5%. Conclusion We should do our best to restore distomolars , which would greatly be benefit for the rehabilitation of mastication of the patients.
