| 摘 要： | 中药的效应——物质基础研究一直是中药研究重点和难点，细胞膜生物色谱技术近年来在中药中应用逐渐受到关注，本文对细胞膜生物色谱法的原理、特点、应用现状进行了阐述，对其在中药研究的优势、存在的问题及对策、应用前景进行了分析和展望。通过该方法在中药效应成分分析中的不断应用，以及在实验过程的对该方法不断的完善和优化，细胞膜生物色谱法一定会在中药效应成分的研究中发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The effective substance of traditional Chinese medicines has long been a focus of TCM studies. Cyto-membrane biochromatography has increasingly become a useful tool for the purpose. This paper discusses the principle, merits, and application perspectives of the method, and its possible problems working with TCM. It is believed that the method is able to play an important role in studying the effective substances of Chinese medicines, if it can be modified and optimized for the applications. |
