| 腹腔镜胆囊切除术不放置腹腔引流231例报告 | |

| 摘 要： | 1992.8-1994.4连续施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术不放置腹腔引流231例。男性71例,女性160例,男女之比为0.4:1。年龄21-74岁(平均44岁)其中结石性胆囊炎186例,萎缩性胆囊炎10例,胆囊积脓13例,胆囊息肉21例和胆囊癌1例。手术效果满意。并发症2例,系胆管损伤和脐部感染各1例。并发症的发生与放不放腹腔引流无关。本文对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法作了描述和讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Form August 1992 to April 1994,231 consecutive cases were performed laparoscopic cholecystectmy without placement abdominal drainage. Among them,71 males and 160 females.the ratio being about o. 4:1. The patients ranged in age from 21 to 74 years (a mean age of 44 years). These patients included calculous cholecystitis in 186 cases, gallbladder collapsed in 10,gallbladder empyema in 13,polyp of the gallbladder in 21 cases and carcinoma of the gallbladder in 1 result were excellent in 231 complications were encountered in 2. out of 231 cases tbile duct injury in one and umbilical infection in one, respectively, These complications were independent of abdominal drainage or not. method of performing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was de-scribed and discussed in the report. |
