严重皮肤软组织缺损的皮瓣修复

本文根据损伤区组织缺损的性质、面积、深度及功能要求，选择合适的供皮区１４处，均未发生术后并发症。特别在电击伤有广泛皮肤损伤，选择皮瓣供区时，应考虑到早期周围血管损伤的因素，在远离损伤的部分为宜，早期行局部皮瓣转移应慎重。需要皮瓣修复的病例中，以传统皮瓣，岛状皮瓣和游离皮瓣为序，即简便又不需用复杂方法，使皮瓣一期成活率较高。

Sever Skin Sonft Tissue Defects Repaired with Skin Flaps

14 of suitable flap donors were selected depending upon the character, area, deepness of skin soft tissue defects and functional demand. No postoperation complication occurred. The flap donors to be selected should be far from injured region, espelially extensive skin injury caused by high tension electric current, because peripheral vessels were usually damaged early. Early transfer of local skin flap should be considered cautiously. The order of selected flaps were in turn conventional, island and free flaps. Simple method was supirior to complex method. Primary survival rate of the flaps was higher. Most of skin flap crisis by management survived. Management of island flap crisis differentiate from the one of free skin flap crisis in principle. The former was conservative, the latter should be operated. The tension of pedicle of island flap turned over should be maintained propely, most of the flaps survived primarily.
