| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味牵正散配合巨刺法治疗急性周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将60例急性周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用常规西药治疗结合巨刺,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味牵正散。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为80.0%(P0.05)。结论加味牵正散配合巨刺法可提高治疗急性周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Modified Qianzheng Power combined with Cross-meridian Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Qianzheng power and cross-meridian acupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis .Methods Sixty cases of patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The control group was treated by routine treatment of cross-meridian acupuncture and medications .The treatment group was treated by modified Qianzheng power on the basis of the control group .Results The overall effective rate the treatment group and the control group was 93.3%and 80.0%, respectively (P <0.05).Conclusion The modified Qianzheng power and cross-meridian acupuncture can improve the clinic effect on acute peripheral facial paralysis . |
