硝苯地平联合归脾汤在早产治疗中的临床应用

目的探求硝苯地平联合归脾汤在治疗先兆早产中对孕妇的宫缩、妊娠结局的影响以及归脾汤在消除服用硝苯地平后出现不良反应的效果。方法 A组静滴加口服盐酸利托君,B组口服硝苯地平片,C组口服硝苯地平片加归脾汤。分别记录三组患者症状、体征变化、宫缩抑制情况、延长孕期天数及新生儿结局。结果硝苯地平与盐酸利托君在治疗先兆早产方面疗效相当,且硝苯地平在用药过程中无明显降血压作用,对孕妇及胎儿未见不良影响,口服方便,价格低廉,患者更易接受。结论归脾汤在改善服用硝苯地平后导致不良反应方面无统计学意义,但是在用药过程中对小腹疼痛,腰酸胀痛,以及头晕耳鸣,神疲肢倦,心悸气短,心烦少寐等气血两虚之证有明显改善作用。

Clinical Application of Nifedipine combined with Guipi Decoction in the Treatment of Preterm Labor

Objective To discuss the effect of Nifedipine combined with Guipi decoction on threatened preterm labor contractions and the pregnancy outcomes in the treatment of preterm labor , and the effect of Guipi decoction in the elimination of adverse reactions after taking nifedipine .Methods Group A received intravenous and oral ritodrine hydrochloride .Group B took orally nifedipine .Group C took orally nifedipine and Guipi decoction.All patients’ symptoms, signs, uterine inhibition, extend the number of days of pregnancy and neonatal outcomes were recorded .Result The nifedipine and ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of preterm labor have the same effect , and found no significant hypotensive effect and no adverse effects on pregnant women and fetuses .It was easy to use and was inexpensive , so patients were more likely to receive .Conclusion Guipi decoction in improving the nifedipine adverse reaction was not statistically significant, but Guipi decoction in the course of medication to the lower abdomen pain , backache pain, dizziness tinnitus, tired limbs, palpitations , shortness of breath , upset less sleep , qi and blood deficiency syndrome have obvious improvement effect .
