热敏灸结合颈夹脊穴针刺治疗颈型颈椎病疗效对照观察

目的观察颈夹脊穴针刺配合热敏灸与常规针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效差异。方法将154例颈型颈椎病患者分为热敏组(92例)和针刺组(62例),热敏组采用热敏灸配合夹脊穴针刺治疗,每日1次;针刺组选用风池、天柱、大椎等穴进行常规针刺,每天1次,治疗14次。两组患者采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,观察两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗方法 VAS评分均明显降低(P0.01),治疗后热敏组VAS评分低于针刺组P0.05。热敏组治愈58例,显效32例,无效2例,针刺组分别为26例、28例、8例,热敏组总体疗效优于针刺组。结论热敏灸结合夹脊穴针刺治疗颈型颈椎病可明显缓解疼痛,疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

Comparative Observation on the Effect of Thermosensitive Moxibustion combined with Acupuncture at Neck Jiaji Point in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect difference between thermosensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture at neck Jiaji point and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis .Methods 154 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into thermosensitive group ( 92 cases ) and acupuncture group ( 62 cases ) .The thermosensitive group adopted thermosensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture at neck Jiaji point , once a day .The acupuncture group used conventional acupunctur Fengchi (GB20), Tianzhu (BL10) and Dazhui (DU14), once a day for 14 times.With visual analogue scale (VAS) score, clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed .Results After treatment, VAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased (P <0.01), VAS score of the thermosensitive group was lower than that of the acupuncture group (P <0.05).In the thermosensitive group, 58 cases were cured , 32 cases were markedly effective , and 2 cases were ineffective .In the acupuncture group , 26 cases were cured , 28 cases were markedly effective , 8 cases were ineffective , and the overall curative effect of thermosensitive group was superior to that of the acupuncture group.Conclusion The thermosensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture at neck Jiaji point in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can obviously relieve pain , and the curative effect is superior to the simple acupuncture treatment .
