穴位注射联合半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流病的临床观察

摘    要:
目的探析穴位注射联合半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月—2015年5月我院收治的60例胃食管反流病患者为研究资料,按患者意愿将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予穴位注射联合半夏泻心汤加味治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的治疗有效率为96.67%,优于对照组的83.33%(P0.05);治疗后,观察组的临床症状评分均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论穴位注射联合半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果较为显著,可提升患者的生命质量,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Point Injection combined with Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture point injection combined with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease .Methods Selecting 60 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 as research materials , according to the patients ’ intention, they were divided into control group and observation group , with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine treatment .The observation group was given acupuncture point injection combined with therapy with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction .The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was analyzed .Result The therapeutic effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.67%and 83.33%, respectively (P<0.05).After treatment, the clinical symptom score in observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture point injection combined with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has significant clinical effect , can improve the patient ’ s clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients , and is worthy of clinical promotion and application .
