补肾活血法结合西药治疗再生障碍性贫血42例

目的观察中医补肾活血法与西医疗法联合治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床效果。方法选择在我院就诊的患有再生障碍性贫血疾病的患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组42例。采用常规西医疗法对对照组患者实施治疗;采用中医补肾活血法与西医疗法联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者再生障碍性贫血疾病药物治疗效果明显优于对照组;血液TNF-α、IFN-γ检测结果恢复正常时间和贫血疾病药物治疗总时间明显短于对照组;出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用中医补肾活血法与西医疗法联合对患有再生障碍性贫血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Invigorating Kidney for Activating Blood Method combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Aplastic Anemia 42 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of application of TCM invigorating kidney for activating blood method combined with Western medicine in the treatment of aplastic anemia .Methods In our hospital , 84 cases of patients with aplastic anemia disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group , with 42 cases in each group .The control group adopted conventional Western medicine treatment .The treatment group adopted invigorating kidney for activating blood method combined with Western medicine .Results The drug therapy effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group , the TNF-αand IFN-γtest results back to normal time and anemia disease medication total time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group , and the number of adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group .Conclusion The application of TCM invigorating kidney for activating blood method combined with Western medicine in the treatment of aplastic anemia had significantly clinical effect .
