中西医结合治疗心血管疾病伴焦虑症的疗效分析

目的观察在西医常规治疗基础上加用中医中药治疗心血管疾病伴焦虑症患者的临床效果。方法收集我院自2012年12月—2014年12月收治的96例心血管疾病伴焦虑患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同将96例患者分为观察组48例和对照组48例,对照组采用常规西医西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中医中药治疗,对比两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果连续治疗4周后,观察组治疗总有效率95.8%,对照组治疗总有效率81.3%,二者相比,差异存在统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗方案能显著提高对合并焦虑症的心血管疾患患者的治疗有效率,用药安全、方便,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on the Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease with Anxiety

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease with anxiety based on the Western conventional therapy .Methods Clinical data of 96 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease with anxiety admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014.12 were collected .According to the treatment regimen , 96 patients were divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48).The control group used conventional Western medicine treatment .The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on the control group .The total effective rate of two groups was compared .Results After four weeks of continuous treatment , the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.8%and 81.3%, respectively , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine can significantly improve the effective rate , and has medication safety .It is convenience , and has less adverse reaction .It is worthy of clinical application .
